To request keys: 

• Contact Department or Division Office for authorization.              
• Complete request form (obtain at Department or Division Office).
  
• Bring form to Physical Plant Office (General Services Building 207) or email form to Angie Buck, abuck@truman.edu or wecare@truman.edu
